Refund & Return Policy
At Label Shirisha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund, return, and exchange policies carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product should not have any damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
Customized, personalized, and discounted items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Items purchased under special promotions, clearance sales, or limited-time discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:
Initiate a Return Request
Email us at label.shirishaa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, product details, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).
Approval & Shipping the Item
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store at their own expense.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure successful delivery.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for quality and compliance with our return policy.
If the item passes the inspection, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, UPI, etc.).
If the product does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
3. Exchange Policy
We only allow exchanges in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Conditions for Exchange:
The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
Exchange Process:
Contact us at label.shirishaa@gmail.com with order details and issue description.
We will review the request and confirm exchange approval.
Send the item back to us at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.
4. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
To cancel, email us at label.shirishaa@gmail.com with your order details.
After 24 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
If an order is canceled within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
If you do not receive your refund within the specified period, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or personalized products.
Discounted, clearance sale, or promotional items.
Items with visible signs of use, wash, damage, or missing tags.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.
