Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Shirisha. Every piece you order is hand-embroidered and stitched in our Malegaon studio after you place the order, so we want to be transparent about how long it takes to reach you and what shipping costs.

Order Timeline

Each piece is made-to-order. Total time from order to delivery is 10–14 days, broken down as:

  • Day 0 — Order placed and confirmed
  • Day 1–2 — Fabric cut by our karigars
  • Day 3–8 — Hand embroidery and stitching
  • Day 9 — Quality check and packaging
  • Day 10–14 — Shipped and delivered to your address

Production and dispatch happen Monday through Saturday. Sundays and public holidays do not count as business days.

Shipping Rates (Pan-India)

We ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Rates are based on your order value:

All rates are inclusive of taxes. Transit time after dispatch is 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities may occasionally take 1–2 extra days.

Free Shipping

Orders above ₹3,000 ship free anywhere in India. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside India, please send us a DM on Instagram @label.shirishaa before placing your order. We will share custom shipping rates based on your country and weight of the parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can track your shipment in real time until it reaches your door.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please WhatsApp us at +91 9172036720 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the karigars begin cutting your fabric, we are unable to redirect the order.

Failed Delivery or Missed Pickup

If the courier is unable to deliver after two attempts (wrong address, no one available, refused delivery), the parcel returns to us. We will WhatsApp you to confirm a redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.

Damaged Parcel on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly destroyed
  2. WhatsApp us at +91 9172036720 within 24 hours with photos of the parcel
  3. We will work with the courier to file a claim and resolve it for you

Made-to-Order Reminder

Because each piece is custom-made for you, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please:

  • WhatsApp us at +91 9172036720 before ordering with any questions about size, fit, fabric, or colour — we are happy to help you choose
  • Share your measurements with us if you are unsure about size, and we will guide you to the best fit
  • Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled
